Hi, I'm Tash, an Ayurvedic Practitioner
I help busy, overwhelmed women calm their nervous systems, support digestion, and feel clear, calm, and comfortable in their bodies again through practical, personalised Ayurvedic support designed for real life.
And I'm someone who deeply understands what it feels like when wellness itself becomes overwhelming.
Because healing shouldn't feel like another full-time job.

My Journey
My Story (and Why I Do This Work)
For a long time, I was my own client.
I was anxious, overwhelmed, and a perfectionist who felt like I was constantly failing at doing wellness "right."
I struggled with digestive discomfort, anxiety, and hormonal imbalances. Then in 2021, I was diagnosed with endometriosis. Like many women, I entered the world of health and wellness searching for answers… and instead found endless information, conflicting advice, restrictive protocols, and pressure to do everything perfectly.
Instead of feeling better, I felt more stressed and confused than ever.
I remember standing in grocery store aisles, overwhelmed by conflicting food rules, wondering how something as basic (and fun!) as eating had become so stressful.
I really didn't need more rules. I just needed support that actually fit me and my life.
That experience is what eventually led me to Ayurveda.
“Tash makes you feel super comfortable and I love hearing her advice and insight for women.”

The Turning Point
Why Ayurveda Changed Everything
Ayurveda didn't tell me I had to become someone else.
It taught me how to understand my body - its rhythms, sensitivities, and needs - and how small, consistent shifts could create real change without overwhelm.
I fell in love with its depth, compassion, and practicality, and graduated as an Ayurvedic Practitioner in 2025.

But memorising theory isn't what mattered most.
It was learning how to translate ancient wisdom into something that works for modern, busy humans that really made the difference.
Ayurveda, But Adapted for Real Life
I deeply respect traditional Ayurveda.
I also know that most women today are juggling careers, relationships, responsibilities, and full calendars.
You don't need a 5am ritual, a cupboard full of supplements, or a perfectly disciplined routine to feel better.
My work bridges:
Traditional Ayurvedic Principles
Modern Digestive, Hormone & Nervous System Understanding
Realistic Lifestyle Integration
Because sustainable progress always beats paralysing perfection.
“Tash is so gentle, kind, knowledgeable and passionate and I could not recommend talking to her and soaking in all her Ayurvedic tips and knowledge enough! It honestly changed my life (not being dramatic at all) for the better! My belly is happier and my mind and emotions are more stable because of Tash!”

The Philosophy Behind My Work
I believe:
Safety Over Pressure
Healing happens through safety, not pressure.
Nervous System Matters
Your nervous system is part of every digestive and hormonal conversation.
Consistency Over Intensity
Small shifts done consistently matter more than dramatic overhauls.
Nothing Is "Wrong" With You
Your body just needs the right kind of support.
Live More Fully
Wellness should help you live your life more fully, not shrink it.
I'm not here to give you another rigid protocol.
I want to help you understand your body so you can work with it instead of constantly fighting against it.
The Human Side
A Little More Human, Less Practitioner
Outside of being a practitioner, I'm just a girl who wants to feel balanced, have fun, and live life fully.
I don't take wellness (or myself) too seriously.
I know what it feels like to:
  • Be your own biggest critic
  • Feel paralysed by overwhelm
  • Beat yourself up for not doing everything perfectly
And I also know how powerful compassion can be when you finally stop trying to fix yourself and start supporting yourself instead.
That compassion is at the heart of how I work with every client- I pride myself on creating a space where you don't have to perform wellness perfectly to feel better.
“What I love about Tash is you can tell that she really cares. She checks in with me often and feels like such a support system throughout the process. She puts in a lot of effort to research and provide loads of Ayurvedic tips and tricks. She is great with holding space and makes me feel safe to be honest and vulnerable.”

Who I Work Best With
You'll probably feel at home here if you:
Feel anxious, overwhelmed, or constantly "on"
Struggle with sensitive digestion or hormonal imbalances
Feel confused by conflicting wellness advice
Want guidance without restriction or perfection pressure
Are ready for support that fits into real life

You don't need to be perfect or prepared. You just need to start where you are.
Why Work With Me (Instead of Another Practitioner)?
There are so many talented practitioners out there, and the right fit matters.
My approach may feel different if you've previously experienced wellness as overwhelming, rigid, or hard to sustain.
Here's what makes this work different:

🌱
I Translate Ayurveda Into Real Life
I deeply respect traditional Ayurveda but I don't expect you to live like you're in an ancient monastery.
Your routines need to work alongside jobs, relationships, responsibilities, and real schedules.
This is Ayurveda adapted for modern living.
The goal is a life where you feel calmer, lighter, and more at ease in your body while still living fully and enjoying your life.
If That Sounds Like What You've Been Looking For…
You don't need to start perfectly, you just need to start where you are.
