I knew Tash was right for me, when she told me that she would never tell me to cut out anything. In the course of only a month, my gut health has improved dramatically. My bloating has gone down, I can eat so many different types of food, and every time I speak to Tash she tells me to eat even more types of food. Its great! The whole process with her has been fun, which is not a word I would have used to describe other protocols I have been on (think lots of celery juice - not great). I feel a lot less afraid of food, and more excited about food.
