For years I have struggled with poor gut health and leaky gut. I have been to a few different holistic doctors, but they all told me to cut out more and more foods. My gut was so sensitive, and my diet was very restrictive. I grew more and more afraid of food.
I knew Tash was right for me, when she told me that she would never tell me to cut out anything. In the course of only a month, my gut health has improved dramatically. My bloating has gone down, I can eat so many different types of food, and every time I speak to Tash she tells me to eat even more types of food. Its great! The whole process with her has been fun, which is not a word I would have used to describe other protocols I have been on (think lots of celery juice - not great). I feel a lot less afraid of food, and more excited about food.
What I love about Tash, is you can tell that she really cares. She checks in with me often, and feels like such a support system throughout the process. She puts in a lot of effort to thoroughly research and provide me with loads of Ayurvedic tips and tricks. She is great with holding space, and makes me feel safe to be honest and vulnerable. I would definitely recommend working with her.
